We're pleased to offer USDA inspected lamb for sale.  Our lambs are born and raised on our farm in Newberg, Oregon, USA.  Their diet consists solely of pasture grass along with locally raised grass and alfalfa hay.  They don't receive grain and are never given growth hormones or antibiotics.

Both Jacob and *Navajo-Churro sheep are heritage breeds which produce lean, mild tasting cuts of meat.
*Navajo-Churro sheep were the first breed of domesticated sheep in America and were the first breed of sheep to be included in the Slow Food USA Ark of Taste program.

Our animals are processed at Mt. Angel Meat Company, an animal welfare approved, USDA inspected facility located in nearby Mt. Angel, Oregon, where the meat is aged for 7 to 10 days before being cut and wrapped.

You can purchase lamb directly from our farm (please call first at 503-538-7987 to schedule a time) or at our booth at either of these two Farmer's Markets...
McMinnville Farmers Market - Every Thursday from noon to 6pm - Late May through mid October, on Cowls Street, between 1st and 2nd.
and
McMinnville Grange Farmers Market - Every Saturday, year 'round from 10am to 2pm - 1700 Old Sheridan Road, McMinnville, OR
.
